If you are trying to activate your Office 2013 VL Edition via KMS Activator none of them working on Windows 8.1 at this current moment only way to activate using one of the leak keys

If you are on Retail or MSDN Version >>>> Retail Keys

If you are on Office 2013 VL Edition >>> MAK Keys
