I am having some doubt..this has happened for the second time in two days...I am pretty sure that i have sent the correct confirmation ids..

I have sent confirmation ids to some users,ask them to enter those in activation screen and reply if it worked or not..they reply within the next minute that confirmation id is not valid..

We don't get confirmation ids from robot if the key/installation id is blocked,Am i right?

Does MS block the keys within that short period of time?(or)Are the users doing anything wrong in typing the confirmation ids?I am confused..
