I've messed up the tokens.dat file previously backed up and now I need phone activation once more.

Hey Dude, I checked but all of them have the remaining count as 0, hence I had ask for a working volume key for Office Professional Plus 2013.

When you see Remaining Activation Count that means you can still activate them Via Phone you need to go back Page #1 and read clearly how to activate..!

Notice:
**If Remaining Activation Count (+) you can activate the Office 2013 Directly ONLINE [Internet ON]**If Remaining Activation Count (0) you can activate the Office 2013 VIA Skype OFFLINE [Internet OFF]

That is you are using Office 2013 Retail Edition and there are no Retail keys to activate due MS keep blocking Retail keys immediately.

You need to convert Office 2013 from Retail Edition to Volume License Edition first See the instruction there :

2b. If you already installed Office 2013 Retail see the link >>> 1B. Converting Office 2013 Retail to VL [After Installation] - Via KMSAuto Net 2014

After Convert to Volume License via KMSAuto install the Visio MAK Key but when you install first disable internet connection then use the command prompt below instead of inserting key inside the office application :

Command Promp (Admin)
cmd+admin
cscript "C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office15\OSPP.VBS" /inpkey:xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx

[for x86 bit office on x64 bit Windows]

OR
cmd+admin
cscript "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office15\OSPP.VBS" /inpkey:xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx
[for x64 bit office on x64 bit Windows or x86 on x86]
xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx [Your Product Key]
Open any Office application and activate via installation ID as usual.
