Thank you november_ra1n, Activated!!!

I just realize that once I use the phone activation on either Windows 8.1 or Office 2013, it will never success and their ID will get blocked immediately. So I learned my lesson and disable the sound card as per November_ra1n instructed and disable internet, refresh a new sets of ID and seek help from the activation guru november_ra1n, voila activated!!!

When use the command slmgr.vbs the product key is invalid. Do I need to disconnect from the internet?

You've 2 options, use another Key to generate a fresh Installation ID or change it by following the procedure you can see in my signature.

I installed Office 2013_x64(VLK) in my Windows 8.1 Pro_x64 OS. When I tried to activate it (by phone), the phone option is disabled or grayed out that I can not select it. Activation using internet is the only option remaining. How can I activate it by using "phone". Please help :beg:

Close and Restart the Office 2013 and retry again.

I even restart my PC and this time I already disconnect my internet connection then open Word again, but the "phone" option (2nd option) is, again, grayed and can not be selected. I tried to click "Next", then pop up said "We could not contact server. Please try again for a few moments" then "Ok" but the 2nd option (the "phone" option) remains grayed.

Please help....

Manually delete the key first see page one under the spoiler tag how to delete the block key...After delete this key try other keys on the list there are currently 11 MAK Keys to use.

Make sure you have use one of the key we have posted on page #1 >>>>>
