i have a couple of questions about the notice that you reported..." even you can activate online directly but not capable to restore backup softwares online activation unless you activate them...via phone"

I have Win 7 (vl edition) and Office 2013 (vl edition) both enabled with mak Keys online

- Your notice concerns only Office or even the OS ?

- In order to have a backup of the activation then I have again to change the product key by phone ?...change product key...(internet off)..active by phone (no skype)...etc. ?

You need to install Volume License Edition or covert Retail to VL after that activate with one of the MAK Keys.. See the topic about yours all the info there ..There is no retail keys any more ant very unlikely it will be in the future..!
