Hey, can someone please help me activate Office? I've tried all 12 keys and I can't get it to activate! The US Minor Islands one refuses to allow it to activate and when I call the UK number over skype, the stupi "please type this number" thing never works, I keep typing the number and it keeps say try again!

If you still can not complete then ask again.

The antigua line says "I was not able to validate your installation ID." I installed Office by converting a retail ISO to VL but I don't think that is wrong because it says "Office 15, OfficeProPlusVL_MAK edition"

Ok probably during skype session you have made an mistake just change the key see the instruction about how to change the key roll down to this topic >>>>

After that without calling send new installation ID again.

When I do cscript "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office15\OSPP.VBS" /dstatus, it says:

Is that normal? License description says Retail but License name says ProPlusVL_MAK

While i was calling MS send the screenshot you may have been install Retail and MAK Key in your system that will make confliction and activation problem i want to see the last digit of the keys you have in your system..!

However if you install both retail and mak key and your installation is VL Edition then you need to delete that retail key instruction about how to delete block key under the spoiler tag on page #1 >>>>

Second Groups are wrong digit correct them >>>> 4637954

My apologies, and sorry for the trouble. I did the delete key and then input same key (97367), and here is my installation ID "5748312 9463795 4917565 7907964 6638695 4518816 1296604 5060762 4521122"

As you can see, I deleted the key, so it dstatus says no product key, inputted the new key, and got the installation ID. Thanks again.

Still not verified .... lets change the key again use other key inside pastebin link. All the keys are currently available for Phone activation.

Couple of question How did you get this volume license edition did you download natural VL Edition or convert from Retail to VL.

If you convert from retail to VL what tool did you used?

If this serial doesn't work, is the link at http://www.tud.ttu.ee/material/ben/marekile/SW_DVD5_Office_Professional_Plus_2013_64Bit_English_MLF_X18-55297.ISO for the VL key activation? I can just install that and use the key? I uninstalled the original retail install via Control Panel, is there something for a more complete uninstall? Thanks and sorry for the trouble.

I think that key you have just deleted was causing trouble since you delete it now is OK...

All the MAK Keys i have posted currently 12 working...!

Check this in your system

1. You need Volume License Edition install to order to use the keys

2. OEM Edition PRE install Office 2013 are not suitable any sort of activation

3. You need to activate the keys via Phone Activation Method see first page for large instruction and keys >>>>

See the above post how to download office 2013 VL Edition or convert retail to Volume License Edition >>>>>

oh.. i thought i will activate it via online..

sorry... i'll try the phone activation now..
