This is Retail Office key and block you need to convert Retail to VL Edition and reinstall again then activate one of the MAK Key has been post on page #1 >>>>

use Microsoft Toolkit 2.4.9 >>> convert from Retail to VL

thanks for your fast response, i changed to M96XV

Installation ID still does not work as i the key are good for phone activation..

I will suggest you use workaround there to delete the key first >>>>>

After that integrity check:

Open cmd with elevated privileges, (run as admin), and enter:
sfc /scannow

If any file can not fix then:

Admin cmd
dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth
Run sfc /scannow again
After that install other key and send the new ID again..
Edit: If you have tried to activate VL Office with any Retail key make sure you delete all the key
2. Have you ever tried to activate Office 2013 via KMS Activator or any other crack then delete the KMS Activation too Usually every KMS Activator has uninstall KMS Server option too... >>>>

have been un install Retail office, Restart PC, then use Microsoft Toolkit 2.4.9 >>> convert from Retail to VL

Run Setup, and got this

Error :

Setup Error: Setup cannot Continue BEcouse a required file is either Coruppted or not Available.

Run Setup Again from the original source disc or download location.

is there something missing step,..

Notice: *** There are no Office 2013 Pro Retail Key Available...!! ** due MS Keep blocking them after one hour then any Retail Key appear. Therefore you all have been advice to use Volume License Edition instead.

You have 2 Option to have Office 2013 Volume License Edition:

1. Download and Install Volume License Edition from following links....*** Microsoft Office 2013Volume License (CSVLK) Magnet Download Links or Microsoft Office 2013 Volume License (CSVLK) HTTP & FTP Direct Download Links ***

2. If you like to have other languages and cant get it links above you can download Download Office 2013 Disk Images and Language Packs Retail Edition >>> after that use Microsoft Toolkit 2.4.9 >>> convert from Retail to VL then activate with one of those MAK Keys.....
