How to change the product key on Microsoft Office 2013

Via Control Panel

1. Go to Control Panel\Programs\Programs and Features:

2. Highlight the Office Product then hit Change

3. Click Enter a Product Key Option

4. Enter the Product Key below and hit Continue

5. Next Screen hit Continue..

6. Wait till Office finish Configuration process

7. After this step Office Product Key Should Change with new one.

When I try to call via skype to uk call center, it is saying that i should input 3 numbers to verify. but when i enter those numbers finally it is says that they cannot verify. why is that?

If i post installation ID here for one more time can i get confirmation ID. because I have already get 2 confirmation IDs from november rain. is there anyone like to help?

Yes i was trying to call MS at the same time as you probably calling this is the reason we both failed first time but you called again that time line was open for the same ID therefore you manage to get verified.

This is retail edition we have no retail key. You need to uninstall this edition if you have install..

Use Microsoft TOOLKIT 2.4.9 and convert from Retail Edition to Volume License Edition instruction how to convert and download link are on Page #1 >>>>>

After install VL Edition and av=ctivate one of the MAK Keys same way you did for Windows 8.1..
