You can change your Office to VL by using KMS Activator by AR_Alex.

I guess you are using Office 2013 Retail keys, there is no any Retail keys around cause MS keep blocking them rapidly you need to uninstall retail edition and install Volume License Edition for good then activate with one of the 11 working MAK keys all the info where to download VL Edition or convert your Retail to VL Edition is the post above yours MICROSOFT TOOLKIT 2.4.9 is one of the great tool to convert..

When you uninstall use Official Uninstaller to order to clean your system properly good luck..

All the MAK Keys i have posted currently 12 working...!

Check this in your system

1. You need Volume License Edition install to order to use the keys

2. OEM Edition PRE install Office 2013 are not suitable any sort of activation

3. You need to activate the keys via Phone Activation Method see first page for large instruction and keys >>>>

anakin206 confirm there are currently 2 Spanish speaking number working to order to get Confirmation ID

You can use them for Office 2010/2013, Windows 7/8 only Windows 8.1 i suggest to use UK Number however that does not mean you will fail to get verification for Windows 8.1 just in case.

2. When you uninstall retail edition did you use Official Uninstaller >>>>Uninstall Microsoft Office 2013 or Office 365

3. Do you have more then one activation keys in your system this is the most comman problem some people manage to install Retail and volume license MAK Key same time it make confliction on Office 2013 see the instruction about how to delete block key under the spoiler tag on page #1 >>>>

4. I have been notice Microsoft Toolkit was not functioning for few languages such as Polish try to use Convert Installed Office/Visio/Project 2013 Retail to Volume Via Batch Files as an alternative,,

5. If you can find natural Volume License Edition in CZ Language trusted source instead of converting i do not have any maybe you can find them torrent sides google is your friend or open topic software chat section ask the forum members.
