Hi, I need some help here

My system, Dual boot with Win7 (original oem) and offfice 2010 in the first partition + Win8.1 (2nd partition) pro activated by phone and Office 2013 (trying to activate by phone)...

First attempt to activated by phone failed; No matter what I do, when I change the product key (with internet disabled) the ID to validate remains the same...??? I've tried to reboot, and even uninstall/reinstall Office 2013 and the ID is always the same!?

Is this normal? Can the dual boot cause this? TIA

Key is still working you probably make mistake during call there is a workaround about how to get different ID without resize and reinstall Windows read this:

Changing Installation ID in Same PC By MasterZeus [simple Workaround]

Also send your old installation ID and last 5 digit of key i will try one other USA Number sometimes if you are lucky i can approve the ID other call center.

Not able to validate again either you are making mistake during call or you try to enter too many keys thats affecting activation

1. If you already call with this ID and make mistake change the key

2. If you have tried to activate your Office with unsupported crack or you enter different keys in the past then

2.1. Delete all the keys there is instruction How to delete your block keys in Office 2013 on page one under spoiler tag

2..2. Open cmd with elevated privileges, (run as admin), and enter:

sfc /scannow

It should restart at least once as it verifies files and fixes corrupt ones.

After this change the key and send up installation ID
