BTW, to the guy that said that beta and dev versions caused crashes/BSODs: You should really check your system for viruses/spyware and your hardware for errors (memory/disk/mobo).

by the way, did everybody manage to autoupdate to the stable .96 version? i tried on two different PCs, both failed to autoupdate showing 22.0.1229.94 (the installed version) as the most recent available

yup same here, chrome denies to update stating 22.0.1229.94 as most recent version
