CorelDRAW X6 with CorelDRAW 8 cliparts

Dear friends,

I have some big problem. I already created the topic on forums.coreldraw.com, but no solution so far.

I am a big fan of CorelDRAW. In my WinXP days i bought CorelDRAW 8 for 30 EUR which contains 2 discs (one for program, fonts, one for cliparts).

Recently i copied all the cliparts + fonts + images i had and merged it to ISO with CorelDRAW Graphics Suite X4 contained as trial. This version works on Win7 too and is very well created.

Shortly i wanted to upgrade to Graphics Suite X6 (which is for x64 too), so i did. I uninstalled X4, cleaned up and installed X6 instead.

Now i have problems using preview functionality in Connect and i assume the problem is on their side, not mine. My old CorelDRAW 8 cliparts (CDR) cannot be previewed using Connect, so i do not know what i am importing. Importing itself works without problems.

On X4 i had the "Connect" functionality as well (Scrapbook), i had there previews of all CDR files, not only saved in X4 format, but merely all cliparts (so 8 format as well). That does not work at all.

So i suppose the Windows Shell Extension of X6 is crap.

PS: Wanna proof? Download this file and put it on your desktop: http://www.sendspace.com/file/9ul39x . If you can preview it (not importing it) in Connect X5 or X6, well tell me how.
