VladTC
Could anyone please help me install this thing finally ? I tried doing everything the same as other people did in the forums on the 3.68 and 3.74 threads, but i keep getting the errors "unable to start drivers" and "Access denied". Is there an old, normal and working version of Sandboxie for x64 ? I'm not running after the latest and newest version, just want it to work finally. Ultravires
Hi can someone please write up a noob friendly instructions on how to get this uuk patch working? I am trying to get it to work in a vm on windows 7 32bit. Here are the steps i have tried with no luck. After Installing Sandboxie 3.761. Run uuk keygen as admin. Than i click on the version ... and change the default version 3.54 to 3.762. Than i change the default syscode 0123456789ABCDEF to E4C8E2DC4612B6613. For the time 20121231 i change it to the present date which was 20130313, than i click Patch. It says it has been patched sucessfully. Then i reboot4. After rebooting i get a windows popup asking me if i want to allow "A tool to aid in the development service for windows NT" it is a verified Publisher Microsoft and the file is "c:\windows\system32\sc.exe" Start SbieSvc. I click allow.5. I than run the ukk keygen again as admin and enter in the same info i did previously 3.76, E4C8E2DC4612B661, this time i change the time to a set expiry date and than i click activate. However i keep gettign this message. This is not a valid Activation Key. [C0000080]I have tried different combinations and still unable to get it to work. like using these syscode as well 0000000000000000, 0123456789ABCDEF and activating instead of the other code. Also tried doing these steps while exiting sandboxie.I also skipped this step Use dseo13b (as admin), Enable Test Mode and Sign a System File: C:\Program Files\Sandboxie\SbieDrv.sys, since it is for x64.Also tried installing sandboxie first than doing a reboot than running the uuk patch and still nothing.Everything i tried leads back to this message This is not a valid Activation Key. randomjester
Hi can someone please write up a noob friendly instructions on how to get this uuk patch working? I am trying to get it to work in a vm on windows 7 32bit. Here are the steps i have tried with no luck. You too must enable Test Mode and sign the Sandboxie driver/file 'SbieDrv.sys' even for a x32/86 OS.Here's my Sandboxie activation instructions. Working for Windows 7 x32/86.1) Install Sandboxie2) Run "Patch-uuk.exe" (Run as administrator!), then JUST click the 'Patch' button without doing anything else3) Run 'dseo13b.exe' (Run as administrator!) > (3.1) First, execute 'Enable Test Mode' (3.2) Then, execute 'Sign a System File': C:\Program Files\Sandboxie\SbieDrv.sys4) Reboot!5) Run "Patch-uuk.exe" (Run as administrator!) > (5.1) Set the 'Version' field: - First, change '3.54' to '3.76' in its main field - Then, click on its [...] box and change the popup field to 'Version 3.76' if it's not already (5.2) Set the 'Syscode' field: - First, click on its [...] box and JUST copy the popup field System Code itself (Ex: "4D55E1BCAC3B9A3A") [Do NOT include 'System Code' in your copy!] - Then, paste the copied popup field System Code (Ex: "4D55E1BCAC3B9A3A") to the 'Syscode' main field (5.3) Set the 'Time' field: - Enter your desired license expiration date in YYYYMMDD format (Ex: 20151231) [That expiration date will end December 31 2015] (5.4) Finally, click the 'Activate' button6) Done!
