Data Execution Prevention has closed Windows Mail -01-Jun-08 11:19:24NOD32 is an antivirus, one we no longer recommend after some versionsstarted causing problems with Windows Mail. If you have it, you mayneed to uninstall it.

wyrman
Windows Mail is suppose to be real buggy. Here's one person's fix. A lot of people are going to Windows Live Mail as it's less buggy.I looked at the Windows Mail files and found a recovery folder and lots of0KB files that appeared to be debris from previous events. In addition, many of my folders were still in Local Folders, an echo of my having broughtthe email over from Outlook Express, and there were a lot of eml files inthe Windows Mail folder itself. I decided to clean all of that up beforedoing anything, and so far so good. If the problem doesn't come back Iwould be inclined to believe that cleaning up the debris restored the karmaof Windows Mail.
