RollBack RX 9.1 Patch

Hello everybody

I need a patch for RollBack RX 9.1

I installed it and activated with SND's keygen. But later complained about the license being tempered with, and it is asking for activation again ! I heard of renaming the file "netreg.exe" or bloking it with a firewall. I need the patch now because I do not want to reinstall it.

I would really appreciate

@13blades,

Unfortunately, you will need to uninstall and reinstall again.

No need to rename any files.

Just download the already patched lang file taken from this build 2697287695 here and replace it :Share site : http://www34.zippyshare.comShare code : /v/91406553/file.htmlPW: nsane

Thank you.

What's the difference between this lang_en.xml and SND's lang_en.xml ? Will this successfully patch? Would RollBack RX not contact the servers and revoke the license again?

Use my patched lang_en.xml file which is taken from the current version.

After replacing the patched lang_en.xml file, the servers will not be contacted and your activation stays.

Tested and confirmed working.

I use Build 2695223310. Can this lang_en.xml patch this build ?

Because I'm thinking of overwriting the land_en.xml through offline access; using a live cd. Then boot into windows and activate using SND keygen. Reinstalling is really an issue with me. I have a number of machines running RollBack.

One of the issues I also have; the workstations are multiboot. And they use Grub bootloader. I have CentOS running in an extended partition because I ran out of primary partitions. And now I cannot boot CentOS ! But what puzzles me is that the bootloader kicks in properly after RollBack startup. I also have RHEL 6 running from an extended partition, and it also doesnt load ! Windows OSs load properly because they all run from primary partitions.

Any ideas?

I was wondering, what if I select those partitions and put them in list of protected partitions? though they would be no rollback running from those partitions.

I have got RollbackRx working without problem(No Trial limitation) but i get Demo expired in About box while right clicking RollbackRx tray icon. Please give instructions for solving this one.

This lang_en.xml will work on your older build.I am not sure if your offline access patch effort will work but it's certainly worth a try on one of your machines.

I do not do multiboot and is unable to help you there.

You should only select those partitions that you really wanted protected. If not, leave them unchecked.

After replacing the patched lang_en.xml file, do remember to update your baseline snapshot !

Otherwise, Rollback will boot up back to its the original unpatched file. <img src='http://www.nsaneforums.com/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tongue.png' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':P' />

You can try to activate again and before rebooting the system, replace with the patched lang_en.xml file first, then reboot your pc.

Give Instructions for patching Rollback Rx version 9.1

To patch Rollback Rx v9.1 :-1. Install product with provided installer and demo serial,2. Then reboot PC after software is installed,3. After reboot, run Rollback Rx Console, to activate software and select Activate Product in Offline mode without internet connection.4. Use the SnD keygen to activate Rollback Rx and DO NOT Reboot your PC before completing step 5.(Do NOT use the SnD keygen to patch the lang_en.xml because it won't work.)5. Go to program folder (C:/Program......../Shield/Lang), replace the lang_en.xml with the patched version,6. Now reboot your PC and Rollback Rx should now be activated and works without the 15 days' time limitation.7. Finally, go to Baseline Manager and do a fresh baseline update to save all the changes permanently.8. Enjoy your Rollback Rx software !
