PS. Yes I'm over-doing the Apple thing. But does Apple ever feel that about patents?

I'm not Apple fan or on side on Apple but Samsung made some phones that are simular to iphone!

I don't like when someone is copy other work. Be like Nokia and make your own design!

Granted. But there were some patents that are granted to Apple for things that shouldn't be patentable. Like tap-to-zoom, pinching and zooming, inertial scrolling, bounce effect. It's also the fact that Apple thinks that nothing should be even remotely similar to iPhone is something I'll call tyranny. Last but not the least, looking at all the Apple suing all the companies, I can assure you that Apple didn't sue solely for the patents, it sued for killing ruthlessly butchering competition. If you look closely, Apple isn't as famous as it used to be till, lets say S II released. Android phones are winning the market share and Apple doesn't like it.

Also, though unknown to many, Apple has copied lots and lots of things from others, and it's even paying royalties for few.
