Marik
UltimateDefrag is the Ultimate Defragger and File Placement Optimizer. Defragging hard drives helps to restore your hard drive performance. File placement optimizing on the other hand, boosts your theoretical hard drive file access performance by up to 300% of manufacturers quoted averages (typical performance increase you'll experience is between 25 and 100%) by placing the files you want performance from onto the faster performing (outer tracks) areas of your hard drive. With UltimateDefrag - you can specify which individual files, programs or games you want the best performance from. The "Archive" function places all of your unused files out of the way and onto the slower performing areas of your hard drive. Thanks to shought for the update, and TrapZero for the crack.Note: The current boot time module only works for 32 bit operating systems. The 64 bit version is still under development and is expected mid January 2009. The 64 bit version available for download does allow a preview and manipulation of the boot time interface however does not execute.Download

MrVoice
Um...? WOOOOOOT!!! :win: Thank you so much for this post. I've been waiting with anticipation since I heard they were going to add boot time defrag. I sooooo need that kind of option. My computer is getting slow, even with regular defragging using the already great UD program. This should add some zip back. Thank you so much, once again. I have analyzed the drive..This happens :frusty: or no :pirate: .Anybody else?I have the same problem. I analyze my main drive & then after it has finished analyzing, I right click on the drive to check which files are fragmented & the program crashes. shought
Hmm - I did perform a Boot Time defrag on a xp system using the TrapZero crack without any problems.same, and I didn't receive any errorsWhen I went to Boot Time module it told me to Analyze first, I attempted to, but when it 'finished' it told me some files on my HD were corrupted and I should run a HD check. When attempting that(using TU Utilities) I got an error similar to 'Cannot open the volume for direct access'(even when doing a boot check). Is there some program that replaces the default windows checkdisk application?
