Accidentally Removed 'Empty Recycle Bin' From Recycle Bin Context Menu

Hey! I accidentally deleted 'Empty Recycle Bin' option from the context menu. I really need it back, can anyone help me? It was removed while I was trying to delete context menu items using Windows 8 Manager (I'm on Windows 8). Can anyone please help me? I can't do System Restore because I have installed tons of things and lots of updates (MS Office), so it'll be messy to attempt System Restore..

The safest way is to present the hard drive as 2nd drive in another computer.

Install data recovery application.. and just recover from the 2nd drive..

Does Windows 8 Manager have Information > Repair Center > Context Menu. Like Windows 7 Manager? Cause from there you can recover things. :)

I'm not quite sure how that would work out, but thanks for the suggestion. (:

I checked it, but it doesn't have context menu repair for Recycle Bin :(
