It is related to a 12.6 Legacy Driver for Windows 8. The thing is this driver was made to be used with Radeon HD 4xxx, HD 3xxx and HD 2xxx. All that AMD had to do is release one single drive, and they did. :D Now I wait for Start8 to go final and get a working fix.
