anakin206
Hi! Since a few days ago TeamViewer stop working in my PC. When it starts (or when I'm reinstalling it) shows me this I've tried uninstalling and installing again but the error continues. After reinstalling and after this error, the program shows me this: ("Failed to start TeamViewer service. The instalation will continue") I've cleaned the registry and my computer is also clean of viruses. My SO is Windows 7 Home Premium x64. Any help and ideas? nightwolf
- Try to uninstall it using Total Uninstall which removes any registry keys - Clean your registry using CCleaner - Double check for virus - Scan your computer for spyware using SuperAntiSpyware - Reinstall TeamViewer by downloading it from the official website - Check your firewall if its blocking the application in any way Hope this works
sanjoa
hi, friend from Argentina (as I am). Uninstall it, clean with CCleaner, download the latest version and try out. If the service is not working, run services.msc and check that TeamViewer Service is working

anakin206
Thank you to all of you guys for your answers but I get the same errors.@dre009 the portable version doesn't work neither and sfc /scannow don't fix the problem.@nightwolf I use Revo Uninstaller when I need to uninstall something. I've cleaned the registry, cheked for spywares and virus and didn't find nothing wrong. I have only Windows firewall.@sanjoa there is not any team viewer service in the list of services.
