Need some help resizing a video recording

Hi, nsane family. I'd like to resize a video recording that I've recorded with my Nokia N8 (it weigths 633 MB) to 5 or less MB to upload it to Facebook. How can I do it? Thanks in advance. :)

use any video converter and encode with h264 codec, decrease the bit rate of audio, decrease the size of video

keep video fps to 23.98 with 320*240 size (should be fair enough), keep bit rate of audio to 96 kbps with 44100 hz

if this does not reduce to 5 mb, then chose 3gp format but it will significantly affect the audio and video quality
