dre009
If a share link becomes hot (popular or accessed frequently) they will take a look at its content and delete it if its against its legal agreement.

nimd4
If you're not on a private tracker, site, or forum - there's no way that sharing such files can be 'reliable'. :) To try and keep the files, the only way is, like it's been mentioned, to use an archiver like 7-Zip with the option to 'encrypt file names' - as this will keep the compressed file contents inaccessible to anyone without the password. Screenshot @ P.S. Maybe using multiple free hosts, with a front-page mask and mirroring the downloads folder through FTP could give you enough time to put new ones up as they are getting removed; instead of using free file hosts like 4shared.com/ and/or datafilehost.com/ etc.

nimd4
On Windows, this is the one I've been using for a while now: http://www.proxyswitcher.com/.. it's important to use a 'transparent proxy' - or an elite one, whatever it's called. http://www.whatismyip.com/ ^ will not display the actual information, it's just a simple check, a better site for detection is needed (if someone could post it, pls); when using a transparent proxy, your actual host is really hidden - which makes it much harder to trace back to your computer (it used to be easy to check with sites like RapidShare, when downloads were limited per IP: when using the correct transparent proxy - a real one - the downloads would go through, as a different IP had been registered). P.S. Another important thing would be not to rename the actual release packages, as they're put out by the groups (& not to modify the archive contents, ofc. :))
