roxylee Posted July 23, 2012 Share Posted July 23, 2012 I opened ImToo video converted ultimate this morning and received an error message :the connected device firmware is out of the ImTOO video converter Ultimate supported range:I have never seen this before nor do I know what to make of it or do about it.I am new to this forum and a novice to the product. I am looking to make VOB's into MP4's on a Win7 laptop.I am running version 7.4.0, having upgraded after receiving the error message and the error message retreturned, even after the upgrade.roxylee Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
