Hi bros,

i am going to use a virtual machine for trading purposes (as always using new softwares and patches and keygen etc.on pc).

so on the host i am using comodo IS. do i need any security software e.g firewall or antivirus on guest?

guest vm is fresh install + updated ms xp. and not going to use it for other things like browsing etc.

also is the comodo f/w(host) also filtering the traffic of vm?

i know that windows f/w is good enough. so if i need to install any antivirus then what free antivirus (light on resources) to be used.?

also (a bit off topic, sorry) but if someone can roughly illustrate difference between master and visa card.

thanx.

For trading purposes you must buy a proper Antivirus license..I use Avast Internet Security, it's good..Never felt it on system resources noticeably..

For the difference between master card and visa, you should google that to get the !dea till someone capable defines them here for you.

Have good times. :)

Functionally there is no difference between visa and mastercard. Both are American companies and they both offer similar products. The difference may be in which one is prominently offered by banks in your area and also which one your customers prefer to use. Now the banks in your country/area may offer different rates and charges for either visa or mastercard depending on the rates they have to pay mastercard company or visa inc.

That's how the difference comes about and lets say your country gets a more profitable rate from mastercard then the banks will offer more mastercard products to its customers. Like in my country I notice we have more levels of visa cards than mastercards, we just have mastercard regular and gold but visa comes in regular, gold, platinum, black, and local companies also have their branded visa cards in my country.

So the only difference between visa and mastercard for the end user is regional availability and consumer preference. If you are selling and you want to know which card to accept then you do research and find out which one most of your paying customers prefer to use. If you want to get one for yourself as a consumer then get the one that costs you the least money and gives you cash back or other rewards that you can actually use.
