VideoLAN.pngThe VideoLAN project targets multimedia streaming of MPEG-1, MPEG-2, MPEG-4 and DivX files, DVDs, digital satellite channels, digital terrestial television channels and live videos on a high-bandwidth IPv4 or IPv6 network in unicast or multicast under many OSes. VideoLAN also features a cross-platform multimedia player, VLC, which can be used to read the stream from the network or display video read locally on the computer under all GNU/Linux flavours, all BSD flavours, Windows, Mac OS X, BeOS, Solaris, QNX, Familiar Linux. VideoLAN is free software, and is released under the GNU General Public License. It started as a student project at the French École Centrale Paris but is now a worldwide project with developers from 20 countries.

As you can see here they took down the win32 directory...

Do note that they must've taken it down for some reason, maybe a serious bug?

This update is no longer available on the official Web site for some reason. I'd advise against downloading and installing this and going back to 0.9.2.

There's mirror up on Softpedia dunno if it's genuine. I'll wait for a final release.

They say there's no 0.9.3 for Windows, so I'll take their word for it, even though they did release it. I made a mirror too, but I took it down since they said there wasn't a version for Windows, even though there clearly was one...
