Leviathan
Malwarebytes' Anti-MalwareAbout a few months ago my comp got infected with an annoying spyware/adware/virus.. whichever.. What it would do is that every time I opened a folder it would tell me that my comp's infected and ask me to go to a certain link to fix it. Nod32, Online scans and Hijack This could not remove it. So I though I would have to manually edit my registry which I'm really to lazy too..So I googled the annoying messages I keep getting and came across a forum that recommended to run this app, which I was kinda skeptical at first..but I tried it anyways and wow... it took about a few minutes on a smart scan and the problem was gone, Give this program a shot, Maybe it should also be included into nsane,It's free or you can pay (or find a ahem..) to unlock some of the other features,Link:http://www.malwarebytes.org/products.phpThe current version is 1.28It's updated quite regularly though. Mo Husen
Just be aware, when I checked the Malwarebytes keygen with Malwarebytes on-demand scanner the result was as follows:Files Infected:c:\\malwarebytes\Malwarebytes.Anti-Malware.v1.14.Multilanguage.WinAll.Incl.Keygen-CRD\keygen\crd-mbam114_keygen.exe (Trojan.Downloader) -> Quarantined and deleted successfully. It could be a false positive & does not appear to have adversely affected my pc, so far. Mo Husen
a? v1.14....the keygen i uploaded is newer v1.26I was referring to the Kg passed to me by Leviathan, result of which from Malwarebytes were:Files Infected:c:\\malwarebytes\Malwarebytes.Anti-Malware.v1.14.Multilanguage.WinAll.Incl.Keygen-CRD\keygen\crd-mbam114_keygen.exe (Trojan.Downloader) -> Quarantined and deleted successfully. However, the above Kg referred to by you also shows:Files Infected:c:\\malwarebytes\keygen.exe (Trojan.Downloader) -> No action taken. They both, of course, could be false positives, may be a characteristic of the software erring on the safe side.As I mentioned, it does not seem to have adversely affected my pc, so far. I merely meant to alert rather than alarm folks. However, if someone feels that the results are NOT false positive then please do comment with your opinion.
