Hi friends with this steps u can save Norton update files and use it in future.

1-Go to this address and copy and paste "Definitions" folder to other folders ( back up for future installation ).

In Vista & 7

C:\ProgramData\Norton\{0C55C096-0F1D-4F28-AAA2-85EF591126E7}\N360_6.2.0.9 ( or NIS or NAV )

In XP

C:\Document and settings\all users\Norton\{0C55C096-0F1D-4F28-AAA2-85EF591126E7}\N360_6.2.0.9 ( or NIS or NAV )

2- For future use , before install your Norton software, must disconnect from Internet.

3-Turn off Norton Tamper Protection then copy and paste " Definitions " folder to before address in step1.in all notifications click on replace.

4- connect to the Internet then click on Live Update.you can see only a few MB left for update.

This Method can be use in all Symantec software. :)

If you love it don't forget love points.
