Chicano666
Has anyone actually ever maxed out the bandwith. I'm using 1.5m dsl and have tried to find a site that will let me download at 1.5m and have yet to find one. I had 4m cable and switched, still havent really been able to tell the difference. (aside from have to port forward everything through the router, pain the the a**) So what is the difference if you have 1.5m or 8m down.I don't think you can really D/L at maximum speed. For starters, you don't get the advertized speed, because of location, distance from CO etc... I think you have to make some kind of equation to convert your speed, cause you don't get MB, its Mb (Mega bits). I think nsane knows about it. Check out DSL Reports and do the speed test to see your speed.
