This item is only for use a particular region, (as I see, you are from / in Vietnam, but it's for some spanish countries, maybe in Europe, mabe in Latin America)3. You are before at least once on this computer used KIS 2012 trial version.These are the most common problems, but there are others.For example, you indicated (forgot uncheck it out), that you wish to participate in community work of Kaspersky products.
