myidisbb Posted May 26, 2012 Share Posted May 26, 2012 sorry for the long period not visitngs. had to month to MN in Feb. then my 5 year year old hp laptop graphics card im guessing shitted on me. it works in safe mode. so i got myself a new asus computer. will post this stats later.anyway, i have newsleecher 5 beta 3 with SS access. is there another newer one that someoen has the special file to free it for long term training? :)i am using newshosting right now. they have a 1300 day retention. problem is if you try to get all the headers you only get like 700 days or less base on the newsgroup. here is what they email me back about it.Dan L. commented on NHS-93118 at 14/May/12 8:40 PM:---------------------------------------------------Hello,I understand what you are saying. I am also with Astraweb on pay by download. Actually, it is very good and also the retention is 1380 days. Also customer service is also very good. I don't like Newsleecher because for some reason it was slowing down my download speed. I personally, like Sabnzb because it is automatic, only one click and it does the rest unlike other download software's. Try it out, you might like it. I will suggest you to try Astraweb as server. No maintenance or downtime.I mostly download Scene releases, sometimes movies. Never had a problem. Currently using Binreader to download App/0day NZBs and NewsLeecher for everything else. I want to use Newsbin Pro but can't find a working crack for the latest release.Binreader is a very minimal NZB download client (lacks many features found in competing programs) but works nonetheless.
