mana
Yeah i used it...aaa.... i used it three times in one day...surprised?????? yeah honestly 3 times in one day!!!!! installed it, it hanged my system( windows xp sp3), uninstalled it, reinstalled it, it didnt like my system so it hanged it again. installed it yet again, and it did the same, that's consistency for you in its pure form! So here i am again using eset. plus there is no fix or patch for it yet. Nd yes it is very very heavy on the system, was using about 150 mb of the ram. Mo Husen
mana,Thank you for your response.I too had a problem when I upgraded from ZA ver7 to ver8.Firstly, it turned my ver7 :dance2: key to a 15day trial for ver8 & no cure that I could find. Also, it slowed the pc down & worst of all it made hang on shutdown.I don't know if the latest update for ver8 is any better, hence my post.I am back using ver7 of ZA internet security without any problems with my original :D key. The sharecode is /?Action=download&fileid=33282.Hello shought,I known this keygen. It generate GOOD keycode for all version of ZA 8x and ZA is correctly activated for 65535 days.BUT the problem is that each time after a reboot ZA is reset in Trial Mode with max 15 days of activation. :beta: Well, It is a workaround that till now working fine !- Generate a new key and activate ZA for 65535 days- Shutdown an Reboot in safe mode (F8 at startup)- Make sure you can see hidden folders/files. (In Explorer: Tools, folder options, View tab and check 'Show hidden files and folders') - Go to C:\WINDOWS\system32 and find the file called zllictbl.dat (Location of zllictbl.dat in Vista: C:\programData\CheckPoint\zllictbl.dat)- Right-click zllictbl.dat and set it to Read-only - Reboot in normal modeNow ZA is remaining its activation of 65535 days ;) Have a nice day. hpwamr
Thanks Prius, I'll make a readme for that and add it to the frontpage.Hi shought,The keygen frontpaged is not working with version 8.x.It seems it's a keygen for version 7.x.If needed you can PM me for the working one version 8.x (with the workaround: zllictbl.dat set in Read-only)BTW: ZASS 8.0.020.000 has a couple of problems (See ZA forum) :- very slow shutdown !- sometimes the Logon Welcome Screen don't accept the pw (my solution is 2x ctrl+Alt+del to jump to the User Logon windows)- sometimes trouble to recover from the Standby modeHave a nice day. speedy
ZA V8; Ive been running it on xp sp3, for about a week. Its fine for me, doesnt xlow things down at all, even when doing a full scan. Its on my lappy, 2800+ 1GB Ram.If you need a V8 Code Mail me, or if i can post a few here, let me know.Ps, its never shut down or anything, and works just like my old v7, as far as i can see.Ive tried Bitdefender 2009 but that went off line loads and had to keep rebooting. Mo Husen
HELP!I just updated my ZA Internet Security Suite to the latest version & the stopped working on my XP-sp3.I was using the "make zllictbl.dat Read-only" after installing the serial. Now, It does not allow me to make zllictbl.dat Read-only (Permission Denied message) - the file is locked, even in the "safe-mode".(The above Mediafire.com ------------> /?ygvzmrxeymz - is no longer available @ mediafire)Any solution, please
Bizarre™
http://www.nsanedown.com/?request=1215027Furthermore, try using Unlocker.
Mo Husen
http://www.nsanedown.com/?request=1215027Furthermore, try using Unlocker. Thanks but that's where I got the from. Also, "Unlocker" did not work either to unlock & open, move, replace or even delete the zllictbl.dat file.It probably needs a change of "Permission" in the Registry but I do not know which Registry entry to change. Donaldo
I was using the "make zllictbl.dat Read-only" after installing the serial.Uh-oh, that "make zllictbl.dat Read-only" method should never be employed (it could additionally lead to a stability issue) - one should opt for the alternate method.Meanwhile, if you need to delete the 'zllictbl.dat' file try the follg:-1. Go to 'Overview' --> 'Preference' and uncheck "Load ZoneAlarm______ from startup"2. Go to services to disable 'TrueVector Internet Monitor'3. Reboot into 'Safe Mode'4. Delete the stubborn 'zllictbl.dat' (if required with assistance from Unlocker)
