ViolaNod32 forever...ya but its a headache doing that shit everytime...nodlogin is betterI just use the trial u/p that comes with the trial version. It uses the eset_upd commercial servers to update. Right now the trial u/p is good until 20 Oct, for now. Let's see how long this one last.

I didn't find it on the first page and this topic contains 81 pages... so :PHere's the d/l link as previously posted by Jofre: ----------------------------------------------------------------------NodLogin 9.6 :-Download (for x86 and x64 OS) on Mediafire.com.Share Code =.................../?jtevjyz9fvzAs far as installation: Everyone has a different idea as to how to do it. My suggestion is to uninstall any previous fix, probably a good idea to do a clean install of ESET program, then install nodlogin in "normal" mode and click on the nodlogin icon to run nod log in after you've installed it. It should then grab and install a valid user name and pw in your ESET installation. Then try and update. It should update and bring you current. Then simply add a schedule in the Eset scheduler to run nodlogin.exe every 2 hours or so to keep your user name and pw valid so Eset will continue to update without problems.Good luck. manpe
Pretty cool. Does it startup automatically ?
harpua
It starts up at boot up, but that is not sufficient. You have to schedule it to run at a regularly timed interval or there is a good chance your previous user id and pw will be disabled, and once that happens, updates will start to fail. So once you have it scheduled to run in the Eset scheduler at a regularly timed interval, your user id and pw should always be valid and no further user intervention should be required. You can just set it and forget it.
manpe
I've decided to give up on NOD32 and change my AV. How to uninstall Nodlogin ? I cannot find an uninstaller anywhere (nor the mentioned cleaner.reg file) ...
Noddy
Ppl who are using nodlogin....... how many updates do u get in a day?About 4 to 5 daily for weekdays and 1 or 2 on weekendsSame here, depends how often you set up the scheduler. The frequency of the updates does not depend on how often one sets up the 'scheduler' (how I wish it did.) What really is dependent on it is the renewal of the 'Username' and 'Password' in the event of them being blacklisted by ESET.The frequency of the updates depends on number of releases and subsequent availability through the ESET servers. I think it is more correct to say, the frequency of updates is dependent on 1) Eset issuing updates; and 2) Having a valid non blacklisted username and password installed and ready so that the next update will not fail. And that is precisely what scheduling Nodlogin.exe to run at regular intervals assures. It assures that one will have a valid user name and password installed and ready to go for whenever Eset decides to issue an update so that when the AV checks in with the mothership, the update will not fail. So yes, successful updates are dependent on having Nodlogin.exe scheduled and running at regular intervals.

Also, I've covered both your points 1) and 2) . . . . . . . . . . you may revisit what I'd posted.BTW, as far as blacklisting is concerned - it takes more than 24 hours ESET to blackist our NodLogin 'Username' and 'Password.' Feel free to configure your scheduler as frequently as you will (your Scheduler belongs to you.)

harpua
Only about 8 hours after the update was released if you just got it 25 minutes ago. If that's the case, I'd say they're still having problems with the servers, unless your machine was offline all that time.
