Anteus
Will wait for a decent fix going on the trialperiod, thinking of changing to KIS because it has better detection rate at some tests like SSUpdater's malware test.
ugatme
Here's one for ya. Tried Marsu 2.3, 2.4, 2.5b2, 2.5b3 & 2.5b4 with ess 3.0.667 (xp pro sp2 x86) and none of them worked. Tried clean installs of 667....nada. Updated over 667 with 669 and walla, jumps back to 31 days after every vir def update. Ours is not to question why I guess, lol. Thanx M. pYjamas
aren't you guys tired of having to install/uninstall nod32/fixes all the time? it seems that there will never be a fix that will work for a really long time. if u don't count the fix for the old nod32 2.7. nodlogin seems to be the best solution to me anyway. the drawback as many have pointed out is that sometimes it wont update for days but i mean seriously guys, how often have your computer been infected with a virus/rootkit/trojan etc that nod hasen't been able to delete/fix etc? it's not like a couple of days without nod updating is going to make your computer open to hundreds of viruses. i say, chill out a bit. *rant over*

Actually tried nodlogin for a few days once upon a time, went right back to my buick. Seriously, don't mind helping someone out testing their work if they can take the time to write it. Every his fix is working with every version of NOD. I'm using BoxMara fix from version earlier than 3.0.650 and I just update NOD when new version is released. Since I reboot at least once a month this fix is perfect for me. Also support for 2.7 will be dropped soon.Cheers

It takes me 3 minutes... You can also make a System Backup without Anti-virus, then every time you want to test a new Fix, you just have to install the AV + Fix and see how it works and if it`s good then make one other Backup ( of course to another partition). You can also make a Backup to a DVD, being always safe and never have to install WinXP or VISTA - for ever.--------------------------------------------cheersJofre-----------------------------------------
