cFosSpeed is a network driver, which attaches itself to existing Internet connections. It then optimizes data transfer by means of Traffic Shaping. Traffic Shaping is a method for optimizing the Internet traffic. It allows maximum speed while ensuring minimal Ping. You can use cFosSpeed with a router and/or a DSL-modem or cable-modem. You can also use cFosSpeed with other types of Internet access, ie. whenever you already have an existing Internet connection. cFosSpeed supports a wide variety of connections, like DSL, cable, ISDN, UMTS, etc.

Thanks to thylacine for the update.

thanks for the news but it looks like i'm doing something wrong when trying to reset the trial with box TR as every time i'm getting a screen saying that i have to reinsert the password for my license!

i've tried reinstalling cfosspeed after deleting the software but i always end up getting that screen.

any idea?

Use a third party uninstaller like Revo or Total Uninstall to remove cfosspeed completely, then reinstall it then use the TR.

1. Go to the following directory:-

C:\ProgramData\cFos\cFosSpeed

2. Then, delete the following file:-

key.cfosspeed

3. Install the new version.

thanks for the reply,

rocketman, only deleteing the key in the cfosspeed folder didn't work

but using revo to desinstall did the job as it deletes some registry entry about the license, something ccleaner didn't do

so  for the good advice Sl@psh0ck
