Undo Immunization, uninstall Spybot S&D and make sure the Opera folders in Program Files and Documents and Settings are deleted,run CCleaner and TuneUp Utilities Registry Cleaner then install Spybot S&D again.

The immunizaton is in the host file. Remove it and replace it with the backup copy create by spybot and you will be OK!

@shought

I did as you said but instead of using TuneUp I used jv16 PowerTools and CCleaner's own register cleaner. But it didn't work.

@kotaxor

I don't see how doing what you said would help me with my problem. Thank you for your input though :)

Well then let's give it another try, manually. Open Spybot S&D, undo Immunization, uninstall Spybot S&D, Start > Run > regedit.exe > Enter, Search for 'Opera' and delete all entries containing Opera, run CCleaner, install Spybot S&D.

Hope this does it.

Edit: Btw, it doesn't really matter if they are there... I understand you want to get rid off them, but don't make this thing #1 priority :)

Thank you all for your help but I figured out how to get rid of it. There were some file in the application data folder.

How to fix my problem:

  • Type %appdata% in file explorer
  • Delete the opera file
