Have to Log in twice

Hello,

For quite a while now, whenever I Log In,

I have to do it twice, even though after the first time, it says

I am now logged in, but when the page loads, Im not.

I'm doing it correctly the first time too, my User Name,

and my password (always all lower case),

but it doesn't actually log me in until I do it the second time.

I'm using Firefox 3.0.1, and it even does it if I use Firefox (Safe Mode).

I didn't even try using IE because I'm not using that no more.

Every now and then, it does log me in the first time, but very rarely,

and I can't notice anything that's any different, that would give

a clue as to why it then went thru the first time.

I thought it was gonna end up being an add on, but when I still had

to do it twice in Safe Mode that took care of that.

Guess it aint that big of a deal, if I have to do it twice, I will. I have been.

I'm just posting this in case somebody else has to log in twice also,

then maybe we can figure it out. OS is Win XP Pro w/SP2

No. I have to log back in again, if I close Firefox while logged in.

try clearing your cache.

hmm, this is quite strange indeed...

Your cookie settings only allow "session cookies".

In Firefox:

Tools > Options > Privacy

Under cookies ensure your settings are as in the attached picture.
