If you install linux os on your flash drive or sd card then after that you want to format the drive and you can't format the flash drive because of it is write protected

and then search for google for that and you find that regediting was the solution

like these

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\StorageDevicePolicies

though its not solve the problem????????

still you encounter an error like above image???

then going to safe mode then open the command prompt then format :x and still its not solve the problemo

I encounter this problem after install ubuntu on my flash driv

I search google and still the solution above is not worth

after that i think that my flash drive was broken because it said that "please insert new memory in the flash drive"???

here's the true solution guys

1. just download grub4dos

mirror : Site: http://www.mediafire.com

Sharecode: /?y0pqge0spay7svk [?]

2. Unzip the grub4dos.zip then open the GUI

3. Insert your removable drive

4, select that disk from the top

make sure read only mode is check

then install

after that without closing the window

and the disk are still selected

Unchecked the "read only mode"

then INSTALL

now to make a fresh and wipe all the data there

1 go to run

2 type cmd

3 type diskpart

4 select disk 1

5 create partition primary

6 select partition 1

7 clean

8 format fs=fat32 (or what ever you like)

9. active

10 assign

FINISH your flash drive is fully ok

i hope you solve the problem guys!!!
