Add the program to the Data Execution Prevention (DEP). Click on the Start Button at far left of the taskbar and right-click on the main menu item “Computer” and move down the context menu to “Properties”, a window will open and on the left side panel of this window select “Advanced System Settings” another window will open this is the “System Properties” window, select the “Advanced” Tab and under “Performance” click on “Settings” Button, another window will open, select the “Data Execution Prevention” Tab and select the “radio button” “Turn on DEP for Programs and services except those I select” then click on the “Add” button at near the bottom of the window, a requester window will open so browse to where the program is installed ( The default is:- C:\Program Files\Leawo\DVD Creator\ ) and select the main executable file named “DVDCreator.exe” click OK and wait awhile till the program gets input to the list as can be seen at the center of DEP window, once included to the list click on the “Apply” button at the bottom of the DEP window and after a short wait also click the OK Button and that's it. 4. hakah Posted April 23, 2012 Share Posted April 23, 2012 After installation, when I open the software there is error message of " to enable protection of your pc, Windows has closed this application" shown.
