shought
When you browse the Web, changes occur to your computer system. Some harmless, like recording the addresses of Web sites you have visited, so the browser can help you complete a Web address that you type in. Some more harmful, like the unsolicited installation of malware. When you use Sandboxie to protect your browsing session, it catches all these changes just as the browser is about to apply them into your computer system. Sandboxie does record these changes on behalf of the browser, but it records them in a special isolated folder, called the sandbox. Thus, with Sandboxie, you can browse the Web securely while still keeping all your browser's functionality for active and dynamic content, such as javascript and ActiveX. All undesired side effects, including the removal of malware, can be easily undone. Thanks to bearoninternet for the update.Download

shought
Ye, thanks for the update and grats Sought! :DThanks ;)Hmm, and I'm sorry for misspelling your name, it won't happen again. :D Uhm, sorry for going off-topic btw.Hmmmm, I didn't even notice... :D I 'speedread'(as I like to call it) a lot. Sometimes I just miss half of someone's post and end up asking a question already addressed, but this way I do manage to read every post made in every forum ;) Occasionally missing something doesn't weigh up against the time I would lose otherwise :DOff-topic? What topic? Where am I? AAAAAAAAAAH.Let's go back on topic: What is your experience with Sandboxie, does it slow down your PC? I never used it so I'd like to hear some first-hand comments.Edit: Btw, I double checked your name in my post :P Since I was afraid of misspelling it since it would appear as my first post on the FP ;)
