nightwolf
If someone is having a problem with the FN Button (Function Keys) in any Toshiba laptop (Flash cards not showing when pressing FN button), here's how to fix this annoying problem: 1- Reload the Toshiba Value Added Package (TVAP) for your model 2- Reboot 3- Reload the Flash Card Utility 4- Reboot try the Function keys (FN). If they work, great if not do the following 1- Click Start 2- Type " flash " in the search box 3- You should see " Restart Flash Cards " and " Settings for Flash Cards " 4- Click on " Restart Flash Cards " 5- Click Start again 6- Type " flash " in the search box again 7- This time click on " Settings for Flash Cards " (Make Sure there is not a check mark on " Disable all function keys ") 8- click " Apply " and " OK " 9- Try the Function keys/Flash cards again The FN (flash cards) should appear when you hit the FN button on your keyboard.
