Windows 8 = Beta, undergoing testing. Contains debug code. Yet to be code optimized.

Windows 7 = Stable. Heavily revised. Optimized code.

This isn't a fair comparison. There are also many other factors to look at when it comes to access times and transfer speeds.

Maybe you can use one of the disc benchmark tools on nsane.down to give a better comparison? :)

I with Lite on that one not fair... :( :s

Windows 7 rocks..(for now atleast :P)

I'm with Lite, too. Win8 it's in test stage yet, comparation should be made when final stage be released.

Are you seriously complaining about 6 seconds over 2 Gigs of information????

When your SSD start to get older and the transistors start to breakdown, those ultra-fast SSD are going to end up being slower than the traditional 7200 RPM HD's.
