system keep getting frozen

Hey, can anyone help me my computer keep getting freeze after few mins use. I went to event viewer and found this error;

(Session "Circular Kernel Context Logger" failed to start with the following error: 0xC0000035)

Rename this file: %windir%\panther\setup.etl to setup.old and reboot.

How i will do that, where this file is located?

The file is in the Panther folder. Open the Windows folder, look for another folder called Panther, and the file can be found there.

Click your start button - click Run - copy paste this: %windir%\panther click OK - when it opens, look for this file: setup.etl and rename it to setup.old - restart your PC.

It didn't worked.. :s :( Any other recommendation

Did you try disabling your TCP / IPv6 from LAN. This should be disabled across all your adapters, though.
