chilly
Thanks for the info and no offense taken. The reason I brought up 32 bit on my 64 bit system is the only office 2007 my windows 7 would let me install was the 64 bit? The 32 bit would not install, it kept saying basically not for this system? Anyway again thanks alot, really appreciated.

So you couldn't possibly have installed anything else. Maybe your download was either from a corrupt source or an iso of a pre-installed oem version or something that wouldn't install as retail without some work going into it :o Whatever it was, you did end up with a 32 bit version either way :) Edit: Personally, I was running Office 2007 with Win XP 32-bit before moving to Win7 RC x86 (smaller download for a temporary OS). So I wouldn't know 'bout the issues that you might have faced. But for whatever it's worth, was it crashing on installation? This could've been the solution in that case - http://www.sevenforu....html#post23034
