2.1 Creating an IP address user bar image

• ShowIP.be
  • Enter to ShowIP.be webpage at: http://showip.be/userbars/
  • Select your user bar image background.

    

  • Select your user bar image text.

    

  • Select your user bar image image font.

    

  • Click on "Make Userbar".

    

  • Copy your user bar image link.

  • Enter to help4web webpage at: http://www.help4web.net/sig/
  • Select the user bar image by clicking on "get the code" beside it.

    

  • Copy your user bar image link.

    

• Smart-IP.net

• Enter to Smart-IP.net webpage at: http://smart-ip.net/userbars/
• Choose your user bar image.

  

• Copy your user bar image link.

  

2.2 Posting the IP address user bar image in the signature

• Click on your username at the upper right conrner of the forums, and then click on "My Settings".

  

• In the menu in the left click on "Signature"

  

• Now choose one of these methods (a or b):
  • Using the image button.
    • In the post window under "Edit Signature" click on the "Image" button.

      

    • Paste your user bar image link in the "URL" bar and click on "OK".

      

    • You'll see your user bar image. Click on "Save Changes".

      

  • Using the image tags.
    • Put your user bar image link within image tags (img and /img) before and after the link of the user bar image.

      The tags should be inside of a brackets (square parentheses - "[" and "]" )

      For example, if I want to insert the image which it's link is http://showip.be/userbars/9308.png,

      then I'll type:

      [img]http://showip.be/userbars/9308.png[/img]

    • After pasting the user bar image link with the image tags, click on "Save Changes"

      

• Now you'll see a confirmation for your change.

  

2.3 Posting an IP address user bar image in a comment

In order to post your IP address user bar image in a comment you should post the link of your user bar image in the comment as an image.

You can do it in one of these methods (a or b):

• Using the image button.
  • In the "Reply to this topic" in the buttom of the topic click on the "Image" button.

    

  • Paste your user bar image link in the "URL" bar and click on "OK".

    

  • You'll see your user bar image. Now you can post it by clicking on "Post".

    

• Using the image tags.

  Put the image link within image tags (img and /img) before and after the link of the user bar image.

  The tags should be inside of a brackets (square parentheses - "[" and "]" )

  For example, if I want to insert the image which it's link is http://showip.be/userbars/9308.png,

  then I'll type:

  [img]http://showip.be/userbars/9308.png[/img]

  

2.4 Restrictions

Some forums and borads, like this board, restricting the images that can be posted to images filetypes - which means that the link

that you're posting within the image tags should end with an image filetype.

Therefore in this forum only ShowIP.be IP address user bar images is supported.
