The qBittorrent project aims to provide a Free Software alternative to µtorrent? :huh: µtorrent is also free, so you can say it provides just alternative. This sound like µtorrent is not free.

qBittorrent = Free Software based on GPL.

uTorrent = Freeware but Proprietary software.

I can understand it can be a misleading, but technically it's correct.

i tried qb for magnetic links . it did well. after giving windows firewall exemption , i noticed a huge increase in data transfer. and i had to uninstall this.
