While this version works fine, there are errors in two of the *.manifest files which cause periodic SXS errors in event viewer:

Activation context generation failed for "C:\Program Files\Nero\Nero 11\NeroCmd.exe.Manifest". Dependent Assembly NeroAPIFiles,processorArchitecture="x86",type="win32",version="9.0.0.0" could not be found. Please use sxstrace.exe for detailed diagnosis.

I just edited the two Manifest files to remove the bad dependent assembly references and the SXS errors have disappeared with no evident loss of functionality. Another option is to just ignore the errors.
