any way to bypass FileIce and sharecash?

You know fileice.net and sharecash.org are pain in a** for those who want to download something from them;

and Internet is full of viruses and trojans with names like:

sharecash bypasser/downloader/...

If you know some safe way or safe software to download from these two(specially fileice.net) please share it here
