If this video has a thread of fact to back it up, why wouldn't the people who have been charged and sued, turn around and file counter law suites against thier accusers for hosting and creating and advertising the software and instructions? I mean, it seems to make sense to me, that is what I would do.

Thanks for sharing the video.

After watching this video I no longer think he has any credibility. Especially when he kept insisting that now they got hold of megaupload servers all of those who uploaded and "downloaded" are screwed. If that was true, then the pirate bay and all other torrent sites would have died years ago.

My guess is that the unnecessary use of fear and other tactics is to troll their audience into protesting.
