About this time last year, the Internet discovered Ted Williams; a homeless man with a so-called “golden voice.” Given the explosive recognition Williams received, he was soon given a number of job offers, a home, and the chance to start life over again. Along the way, Williams has hit several bumps in the road and gone through a grueling battle with addiction. But in an anniversary update from Entertainment Tonight, Williams appears happy, healthy, and optimistic about the future. Perhaps the most notable aspect of the video is that when the Internet meets Williams this time, he’s in his own home.

It's a struggle dealing with addiction. Crack cocaine plays a ruthless calling in your brain like no other drug. I wish him the best and I hope he finds a way to turn off those HAUNTING voices of crack calling out to him in his head. He already relapsed twice according to that video, so he is still battling hard. it's not like he has not hit rock bottom because this guy was living as low as any American can live. Good luck golden voice, good luck. I know your pain. been there and done it. You can do it. I did it and so have hundreds of thousands of Americans :)

I also want to add: "Friends don't introduce cocaine to friends."

 to the man for getting his life on track.

OMG! I luaghed so hard at your comment.

I still remember the first time a friend turned me on to some crack cocaine and I did not know how to really smoke it from a glass pipe because there is a technique where you have to add the fire, let it sort of cook and then take really soft inhales so it does not get wasted. Who would have ever thought that taking a hit of crack requiered some practice and some skill. lol

Wow, that was detailed... I didn't know how crack is prepared. Are you an addict to cocaine?

Preparing crack and smoking crack are two different things.

I use to smoke crack, yes but this was many, many years ago. Today I am clean and sober and I don't even drink beer/alcohol.

:)

It was hard to stop all the vices but there comes a point in ones life where one becomes sick and tired of being sick and tired and one has a spiritual awakening.
