where does spyware blaster hide

hi

just installed spyware blaster earlier.

it says u can exit the program but where does it hide?

when i look in proccesses etc i cant see anything relating to it?

surely it must hide somewhere if its to protect you from all that crap? :wacko:

without trying it i say:

is this one of those test your system and pay for the version to clean up your computer?

did you turn the option on if there is one?

sometimes you have to min instead.

just some thoughts

Its not a process...

It has a method of adding fake registry keys, the locations where the activex controls would be installed, this blocks the installation of these.

The cookie control, is a similar method.

Personally... i dont think its "protection" is worth the 1000s of registry keys....
